Tune your guitar, bass or other instruments with n-Track Tuner. This tuner allows you to easily and intuitively tune your instrument using the integrated microphone of your smartphone. With over 5 million downloads, it is a highly popular choice for musicians.
Simply place your iPhone, iPod Touch or iPad next to your instrument and play each string. The tuner utilizes an advanced audio recognition algorithm, which ensures both high precision and sensitivity. This algorithm is also used in n-Track Studio 8, further demonstrating its reliability.
n-Track Tuner is not limited to guitars, it also works great as a violin, viola, violoncello, bass, piano, and wind instruments tuner. It offers 6 different views:
<ol>
 <li>Spectrum Analyzer: This view provides visual feedback of the notes played by the instrument. It includes a small arrow that highlights the harmonic whose pitch the tuner is tracking.</li>
 <li>Instruments: The manual mode allows you to select and tune each string according to the selected instrument tuning. The included instruments are guitar, bass, violin, viola, cello, double bass, banjo, ukulele, mandolin, harp, and piano. Unlock all instruments views by purchasing the pro version.</li>
 <li>Tune Fork: This view is for those who prefer manually tuning their instrument. It allows you to play a reference tone or any desired note by adjusting the frequency slider.</li>
 <li>Needle: A traditional tuner that accurately detects frequencies of your instrument.</li>
 <li>Sonogram (PRO feature): The "Sonogram" tab shows how the frequency spectrum evolves with time. It provides a visual representation of how the note being tracked by the tuner changes over time.</li>
 <li>3D view (PRO feature): The 3D view displays the audio spectrum changes over time. It offers a unique perspective on how the sound evolves.</li>
</ol>
The tuner also includes advanced features such as adjusting tuning sensitivity and precision up to 0.1 cents, western and latin note namings, alternate temperaments, and the ability to calibrate the tuner for non-standard tunings. You can also customize the spectrum analyzer visualization options, selecting thicker lines, smoothing or highlighting peaks, and zooming into specific areas of the spectrum.
